Headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana, Coaxum Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) was established in 2002 by Henry L. Coaxum, Jr., as the management arm for his three McDonald’s franchises. CEI’s state-of-the-art office and resource center consists of a 7,000-square-foot facility that consolidates the personnel and management functions of its franchise operations under one roof. Coaxum’s passion for education, training and technology inspired the design of the facility. Equipped with the latest in audio-visual training technology, conference rooms and computer lab, the facility provides an invaluable meeting and training resource for the New Orleans community.
